Qualification Required
In order to apply against the CA CPT Exam, must pass
the 12th standarad and also must be registered with ICAI. The
candidates who have these eligibility is eligible to sit for the CA CPT Exam.
CPT Registration Fees
If in case the candidates download the CA CPT
Registration form from the official portal of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India, then the aspirants need to pay Rs. 100/- or US $10 along
with Common Proficiency Course (CPC) Registration fee for supply of a copy of
the Prospectus.
CA CPT Exam Pattern
The CA CPT Exam is a objective type exam that have multiple
choice question answers. The exam is divided into two sections, where first
part consist of the 60 Marks along with Mercantile Laws with a weightage of 40
Marks whereas the econd section will include Economics and Quantitative
Aptitude carrying 50 Marks.

Process to fill CPT Registration Form
- First of all, candidate needs to visit the official portal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India that is icaiexam.icai.org.
- After that, from the home page, Hit on the “Login/Register” tab.
- Now fill the CA CPT Registration 2017, bu providing your name, Registration No, Date of Birth, Mobile No, Landline No, Primary Email, Re-Enter Primary Email and Secondary Email and then hit on the “Register” tab.
- Also upload your scanned images of required documents, certificates, photograph and signature, as per specifications.
- Lastly hit on the “Submit” button. Don’t forget to take the print out of the same for future use.
Important Dates to be Noted
The aspirants, who want to register themselves for the CA
CPT exam, must submit their registration form before 1st April 2017.
