For post of Coordination job, individual must know how to collaborate with Japan Headquarter as a representative of Asia Pacific region. Coordinate with stakeholders (factories, sales offices, business division, etc.) relating to CS activities and must be familiar with handling in conducting training and support Call Center.

Appliers for Technical Support must perform and manage technical support activities in the Region such as organizing technical seminars, setting up technical documents and technical instruction books, etc.

For other tasks related to CS and Quality in Asia Pacific Region, qualifications as imp Requirements are they must be university graduate from Technical universities; strongly prefer candidates with above 3 year experience in Customer Service or Quality Control job relating to technical products, especially preferably Home Appliance products.
