Technical Support/Coordination job/ Customer Service (CS) & Market Quality Activity AND other tasks related to CS and Quality in Asia Pacific Region.

Required Qualification

Candidates must have must have done Graduation or Diploma or its equivalent in concerned discipline from recognized university with good academic records. Candidates must have a relevant working experience ion required field will be also preferable or would be added advantage.

Detailed Duties As Per Post

For Customer Service (CS) & Market Quality Activity, appliers may know how to perform customer care activities across Asia Pacific Region. Must be good at supporting Sales Company to conduct customer satisfaction survey, conduct and manage Customer Service and Quality field study activities in Asia Pacific Region. Should able to Collect information, analyze and make report about CS and Quality in the region and coordinate and manage market quality activities in Vietnam and Region.

For post of Coordination job, individual must know how to collaborate with Japan Headquarter as a representative of Asia Pacific region. Coordinate with stakeholders (factories, sales offices, business division, etc.) relating to CS activities and must be familiar with handling in conducting training and support Call Center.

Appliers for Technical Support must perform and manage technical support activities in the Region such as organizing technical seminars, setting up technical documents and technical instruction books, etc.

For other tasks related to CS and Quality in Asia Pacific Region, qualifications as imp Requirements are they must be university graduate from Technical universities; strongly prefer candidates with above 3 year experience in Customer Service or Quality Control job relating to technical products, especially preferably Home Appliance products. 

Must have Good understanding about and interest in appliances products, Good customer service skills and mindset with ability to be in coordination, excellent communication skills, Ability to analyze, execute consistently and solve problems creatively, Social, positive thinking and cheerful, have fluent English (written & verbal) and must be assured with MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
